One address, read by a person.
PhoneWise is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply may take a few days. A wrong specification or a badly stale price gets looked at first, since someone may be about to spend money on the strength of it.
What to write about
A specification is wrong
Which phone, which field, and the correct value if you have it. A link to the manufacturer's own spec sheet settles it fastest.
A price is badly out of date
Which phone and roughly what it goes for now. Prices here are indicative reference figures rather than live quotes, so some drift is expected — telling us shortens the gap.
A review should come down
The phone and the name on the review. Reviews store no email or account, so that is the only way to point at a particular one.
A phone is missing, or a suggestion
A device that should be listed and isn't, something confusing in a comparison, or a feature you expected to find.
What we can’t help with
PhoneWise is not a shop and not affiliated with any manufacturer or retailer. We cannot sell you a phone, take or track an order, handle a return, honour a warranty, or unlock or register a device. For any of that, the seller who supplied it is the right contact.
Nor can we tell you what a phone will cost once it reaches you. Import duty, local taxes and carrier pricing vary by country, and the figures here are reference points rather than landed prices — your own customs authority is the one to ask.
Before you write
Nothing you do on the site reaches us: the wizard keeps its answers in the address bar and there is no tracking to look back through (see the privacy page). So if something misbehaved, the details in your message are all there is to go on — which phone, which page, and what you saw.
